Welcome to Skn AI, a mobile application operated by DH Creations Inc. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Skn AI app. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

1. General Information

Skn AI provides personalized skincare insights and recommendations based on facial scans and user inputs. This app is intended for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.

2. Eligibility

To use Skn AI, you must be at least 12 years of age. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

You are required to create an account to access certain features of the app. You can sign in using your Google or Apple credentials. Each individual is limited to one account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Should you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.

4. Subscription and Billing

Skn AI operates on a subscription-based model. The subscription fee is $4.99 USD per week, billed automatically through the payment method associated with your Apple or Google account. No free trials are offered.

• Recurring Billing: By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing. Your payment method will be charged weekly unless the subscription is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time by navigating to your account settings on your device or through your Google or Apple account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Skn AI until the end of the current billing cycle.

Please note, all payments are final and non-refundable, including any unused portion of a subscription period.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Skn AI only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using the app in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers, or interfere with any other party’s use of the app.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice if we determine, at our discretion, that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any illegal or harmful conduct. You may also request the termination of your account by contacting our support team.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect facial scan data, email addresses, purchase history, age, and gender in order to provide personalized skincare recommendations. 8. Changes to the App

We may modify or discontinue features of the app at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any changes, suspension, or discontinuation of the app or any part thereof.

9. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to Skn AI, including all content, materials, and software, are owned by DH Creations Inc.. You retain ownership of any content you contribute, such as feedback or personal data. By using the app, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use your contributions to improve our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

Skn AI provides skincare recommendations based on facial scans and user inputs. However, these recommendations are for informational purposes only. DH Creations Inc. is not liable for any adverse effects that may result from following the recommendations provided, including allergic reactions or other skin conditions.
